Who handles your information

Lesson enquiries

The form prepares an email containing the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, lesson preferences, experience, preferred date/time, area and optional notes. Nothing is sent until you open your email app and send the message. Please avoid including medical, identity-document or other sensitive information in free-text notes.

If online sending is enabled, the form sends those details to the school's email service only after you submit. A successful response means the email service accepted the message; it does not confirm a lesson or guarantee email delivery. This website does not maintain a booking database.

Purpose and lawful basis

Enquiry details are used to reply, discuss availability and arrange lessons you request, including steps before entering a lesson agreement. Information needed to provide agreed lessons is used to carry out that agreement. Website security uses technical request information to protect the service and prevent abuse. The contact checkbox asks for a reply about your enquiry; it is not a marketing subscription.

Service providers and storage

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request data such as your IP address. Messages you send by email are handled by your chosen email provider and the school's Gmail mailbox. The optional online-sending implementation uses Resend when enabled. These services can process data outside Ireland or the EEA under their applicable arrangements. Contact Paul for details of the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Enquiry messages are retained for responding and lesson administration, and where needed for business records or a dispute. The appropriate retention period depends on that purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligation. Contact Paul to ask about an existing message or request its removal when it is no longer needed.

Practice checklist and confirmation details

Checklist ticks stay on the current page unless you choose “Save this checklist on this device”. That choice stores only twelve tick values in your browser. Choose it again on a later visit to load them; untick it or use Reset to remove the saved checklist. Exports are downloaded to your own device. These ticks are not an official EDT record.

If an online enquiry is accepted, this browser may temporarily keep the reference and lesson preferences in session storage for up to one hour. They are not placed in the page URL. A shared device may expose this information to another person using the same browser tab.

External content

No analytics or advertising scripts are configured. The site uses system fonts. Google Maps loads only when you choose “Load Google Map” or open the map link; Google then receives technical request information under its privacy notice.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact Paul at the email above. You can also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
